As

Reservations Executive - Group Bookings

, you'll manage the day-to-day fulfilment of group bookings once contracts are signed. You'll ensure all allocations, rooming lists and amendments are processed accurately and on time, delivering an efficient and reliable service for organisers and Sales partners.


What you'll be doing




Managing group fulfilment




Handle confirmed group bookings, ensuring rooming lists, allocations and changes are processed correctly within agreed timelines. Maintain accurate records in the reservations and CRM systems for all group activity. Support with extensions, reductions and other modifications, applying agreed policies consistently.

Supporting organisers and Sales




Act as the first point of contact for organisers on operational booking queries, providing timely and accurate responses. Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to confirm details, resolve issues and ensure organisers receive up-to-date information. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Senior Reservations Executive as appropriate.

Maintaining service quality




Monitor email and task queues to ensure SLAs are met. Provide clear and professional written communication to internal and external partners. Identify common issues or delays and flag them to the Senior Executive for review.

Collaborating across teams




Work with Revenue, Sales and Operations to ensure room allocations and rates are correct and up to date. Share organiser feedback and booking insights that can improve the group booking journey.

How success will be measured




Accuracy and timeliness of group booking fulfilment. SLA compliance for group queries and amendments. Guest and organiser satisfaction with the booking process. Quality of collaboration with Sales, Revenue and Operations. Contribution to smooth handovers and reduced escalations.

What you'll bring




Experience in hospitality, reservations or group bookings. Understanding of group allocations, rooming lists and booking systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive and collaborative working style. Calm and professional approach when resolving issues.
