We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our fantastic Sloane Team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new challenge where you will be supported in reaching your full potential. Ideally, you would have previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of hotel reservation systems and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Offer all guests the highest level of customer service to all guests in a timely manner Knowledgeable about current promotions, rate plans, and procedures Conduct daily handovers with the Reservations Manager and update on KPI progress Ensure the no-show and late cancellations procedures are followed Ensure commission invoices are received and presented to the Accounts department for payment in a timely manner Understanding of different OTA booking engines Implementation of correct rate positioning in each segment Working alongside the Revenue Manager with the implementations of sales plans and conversion that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates and increase volume throughout The Sloane Estate Coordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at the national and international level
