exceptional Reservations Supervisor.

This pivotal role is perfect for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering unparalleled guest service.


In this role, you'll be responsible overseeing reservations, ensuring that you deliver exceptional service. You'll inspire your team to meet the highest standards while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From ensuring flawless moments and experiences to converting enquiries into sales, you'll be the linchpin between front-line customer service and financial success.

What you'll be doing as a Reservations Supervisor:

Working with revenue and reception team to deliver a high-quality luxury experience across reservations for both group and individual leisure guests. Managing enquiries, reservations, and bookings, both over the phone and online. Coordinating group arrival information and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed. Liaising with the reception team to keep them updated on occupancy levels, VIPs, and special events. Maximising revenue by upselling and promoting our food and beverage packages. Supporting the team in their growth and development, helping them succeed in their roles.

What makes you a great fit for us?

A passion for luxury hospitality and an eye for detail, ensuring high standards at every step of the guest journey. Exceptional customer service and communication skills in a luxury environment. Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS. Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work across different shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ability to work autonomously with support from manager and onsite leadership team.
