Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
The purpose of the Resident Engagement Coordinator is to provide the Building Safety team with administrative support for Resident Engagement matters, take responsibility for clearly identified key tasks within the Resident Engagement project and wider BSA team objectives, deal with complex queries, be a go to member of the team and be the first point of contact for any issues.
A focus of this role will be assisting the team with the creation of new processes, seeking client instruction, tracking & monitoring information and working together with colleagues to ensure that the company meets its requirements under the Building Safety Act, namely in relation to Resident Engagement but there will likely be crossover within other workstreams such as relevant defects and safety case reports.
Experience required includes:
An understanding of the building safety act, specifically in relation to Resident Engagement.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks at once.
Good working knowledge and experience in using compliance systems such as QUOODA and Riskwise
Practical application and working knowledge of Property Management, Health & Safety
requirements, and legislation to eliminate or mitigate risk in the workplace.
Strong IT skills, ability to use a variety of office applications and internal systems.
The Ability to draft communications to be shared with all colleagues at all levels and external clients.
Ensure all communication is clear and concise, always checking that information given is factual and appropriate.
Experience in dealing with and responding to written and telephone complaints.
