Are you passionate about empowering communities and making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Resident Involvement Coordinator to join our team and help strengthen the voice of our residents.
You will be responsible for embedding Resident Involvement across PCH as a culture of listening and acting upon our residents' views in order to achieve the best possible services. You'll achieve this by providing leadership, advice and guidance on how to consult and identify new initiatives in order to include and involve a wide range of residents.
You will coordinate, implement and develop PCH's Engagement Strategy; with the aim of achieving highly effective engagement opportunities to enable residents to participate in and influence service improvement.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Is a highly motivated and creative individual, who is passionate about achieving the best services for residents.
Maximises the opportunities for residents to become involved in service improvement and PCH's decision making processes, supporting residents to give informed opinion.
Empowers colleagues to involve residents through consultation and other engagement activities; reporting on the impact and successfulness of those opportunities.
Is able to work locally with community groups to provide guidance on achieving aims and aspirations for the area.
Is highly organised and IT competent person who can coordinate fast moving service delivery, and manage the recording, monitoring, measuring and reporting of involvement activities.
