Resident Liaison

Leeds, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

At LIVINGWAY, we are redefining what it means to rent, creating spaces that are more than homes; they are communities built on design, wellbeing, and connection.

As a Resident Liaison, you are the face and heartbeat of LIVINGWAY at RUFUS COURT. You're the first smile our residents see, the helping hand they rely on, and the person who ensures that every day in our community runs smoothly, safely, and positively.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on people interaction, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys variety in their day -- from supporting residents and coordinating viewings to ensuring the building looks and feels its best.

About LIVINGWAY

We're dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through innovative living solutions and exceptional service. Rooted in excellence, integrity, and collaboration, LIVINGWAY is where passion meets purpose.

We believe renting should be simple, human, and inspiring and that starts with our team. Every interaction, every event, and every detail contributes to the way people feel at home with us.

Purpose of the Role

To provide on-site support to residents and prospective tenants, ensuring that RUFUS operates to the highest standards of service, safety, and presentation. You'll help drive resident satisfaction, assist with lettings activity, and foster a vibrant, welcoming community environment.

This position can be structured as part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a rewarding career in property and resident experience within the Build-to-Rent sector.

Complete detailed inventories, inspections, and check-outs to a high standard using digital platforms.

Building Standards & Presentation

Take ownership of the appearance of RUFUS -- ensuring communal areas, entrances, and outdoor spaces are immaculate at all times. Carry out regular site inspections, reporting any maintenance or cleaning requirements promptly. Liaise with cleaning and maintenance contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently and to standard. Support the coordination of safety and compliance checks where required.

Community & Events

Help to plan and deliver on-site resident activities, events, and seasonal campaigns that strengthen community engagement. Encourage residents to get involved in wellness sessions, socials, and community initiatives. Gather resident feedback and share insights with the Community Manager to improve experience and retention.

Operations & Reporting

Maintain accurate on-site records, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and resident communications. Ensure all health, safety, and fire standards are adhered to. Provide updates to the Community Manager on site activity, resident trends, and leasing opportunities.

Skills & Experience
