Morgan & Bond Ltd is a busy building company carrying out planned and responsive repairs for social housing across the Midlands. We are currently recruiting for a

Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

to help manage customer expectations, work with kitchen designers to help plan kitchens, survey bathrooms and provide a friendly and professional point of contact for tenant queries.

Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries and complaints, or directing them to the relevant team Conducting kitchen and bathroom surveys Updating internal systems with accurate information This role will be site-based, visiting properties to carry out surveys and deal with residents' issues and booking appointments and taking telephone calls. You will operate from our clients offices in South Birmingham and be the first contact for the client to answer queries.

Experience & Knowledge:

Strong telephone and customer service skills Experience working with social housing tenants Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects Knowledge of Decent Homes or similar contracts

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload Proactive approach with a strong work ethic

Kitchen and Bathroom surveying: 1 year (preferred) working within the social housing sector: 1 year (required) Administrative: 1 year (required)
