What you'll do:
Lead resident engagement for planned improvement works across our estates
Organise events, consultations, and surveys to ensure resident voices are heard
Champion social value and build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
Be the first point of contact for residents, supporting them through decant and rehousing processes
Collaborate across teams to deliver shared goals and improve neighbourhoods
What you'll bring:
Experience in customer service and resident engagement
Strong communication and partnership-building skills
Knowledge of social housing, decanting, and rehousing principles
Ability to manage competing demands and work flexibly
A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
