Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a 5-star housebuilder and are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer
to support a short-term housing regeneration project in
Canley
. This is a vital role, acting as the main point of contact between the site team and local residents, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of customer care throughout the works.
Main Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for residents during construction works.
Provide updates on works, access arrangements, and timescales.
Respond to queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and follow-ups.
Assist with community engagement and ensure residents are well-informed.
Person Specification
Experience in customer service, housing, or resident liaison (preferably within construction).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A full UK driving licence is desirable.
