Job Description

WPS are looking for

two experienced Resident Liaison Officers

to support our

planned decarbonisation works

across social housing sites in the Leamington Spa, Coventry, and Warwickshire areas.


?? Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

main point of contact

for residents throughout the delivery of planned works. Ensure clear and consistent communication between residents, site teams, and project managers. Support the delivery of

retrofit and decarbonisation programmes

, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project updates.

Social housing retrofit and energy efficiency upgrades Net zero and decarbonisation initiatives Multi-site planned works delivery

?? Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an

RLO in planned works

, ideally within the

social housing sector

Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to travel between sites across the region (driving license is a must) Understanding of retrofit and decarbonisation processes is highly desirable
