Act as the
main point of contact
for residents throughout the delivery of planned works.
Ensure clear and consistent communication between residents, site teams, and project managers.
Support the delivery of
retrofit and decarbonisation programmes
, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project updates.

Net zero and decarbonisation initiatives
Multi-site planned works delivery
?? Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an
RLO in planned works
, ideally within the
social housing sector
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to travel between sites across the region (driving license is a must)
Understanding of retrofit and decarbonisation processes is highly desirable
