The Role
Our
Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs)
act as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring they feel respected, informed, and valued throughout their engagement with us. We're looking for someone with empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
Attend resident surgeries, assisting vulnerable individuals with repair requests and keeping residents and scheme managers informed of progress
Organise consultation events and attend meetings as required
Identify and record any resident vulnerabilities, liaising with clients' housing officers or relevant support services where necessary
Work closely with our Performance Team to ensure accurate recording of resident information within our systems
Manage and investigate complaints, ensuring all inquiries from MPs, councillors, and residents are resolved promptly and communicated effectively
Requirements
Experience working with vulnerable residents, with the ability to adapt communication style to meet individual needs
Proven background in a customer service-focused role
Full, clean driving licence
Flexibility to travel between sites and attend occasional evening meetings
