Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring clear communication and support throughout works
Attend resident surgeries, meetings, and consultation events
Identify and record resident vulnerabilities and liaise with housing officers or support services
Manage and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
Experience working with vulnerable residents and adapting communication styles
Strong background in customer service
Full, clean driving licence
Willingness to travel across sites and occasionally attend evening meetings
