Responsibilities
Collaborate with the operations team to arrange appointments with residents for works to be carried out.
Send out notification letters and emails to residents regarding upcoming visits.
Handle any resident queries and provide updates on the progress of scheduled work.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and appointments in company systems.
Attend meetings to discuss project updates and address any resident concerns.
Act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring a positive and professional relationship is maintained.
Assist in the resolution of any issues or complaints related to appointments.
Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a resident liaison or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of passive fire prevention is an advantage but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
