We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to support one of our building refurbishment projects in Salford, Greater Manchester.

You will be based at Grey Friar Court and White Friar Court in Salford - two high-rise accommodation buildings owned and managed by our client, Salix Homes. We are conducting a variety of energy-efficiency and fire safety improvements to both buildings including new heating systems and fire sprinkler systems.

Who are we looking for?



We are looking for a proactive and personable individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will act as the key link between our construction teams and residents, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the project.

Handling queries and complaints with professionalism, you will work to maintain positive relationships while mitigating disruptions. Strong organisation and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating trades, and ensuring smooth workflows within customer properties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community engagement, customer service, or a similar role within construction or housing. You must be resilient, adaptable, and confident in handling challenging conversations while maintaining a customer-focused approach. A team player, you will collaborate closely with site management and operational teams to uphold company policies and enhance the resident experience.

A full UK driving licence is required and access to a vehicle with business cover insurance.

The role of a Resident Liaison Officer at Casey



Arranging and attending resident's consultation and open days

Collecting, collating, and disseminating information gained by Client's representatives

Resident prestart information correspondence, telephone, and visits to ensure knowledge of the works is forthcoming inclusive of duration, work type, and steps taken to minimise disruption during

Identify all special needs tenants including the elderly and infirm, and provide appropriate consultation and attention

Make appointments with tenants for all trades and ensure smooth workflows on customer properties

Constant and effective liaison with site management and workforce

Implement and abide by internal company policy and procedure

After care with residents and customers to address any on-going concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided

Contribute ideas and assist with community initiatives

Attendance of community, PR, and resident events and conferences

What do you receive in return?



Salary

between 31,000 - 33,000 depending on experience

Car Allowance

of 3,000 per annum
