Job Description

WPS are seeking an experienced and customer-focused

Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the West Midlands area.



This role will support the delivery of

planned works programmes

, including:

Kitchen and Bathroom Stream of Works

Homes for Modern Living Stream




As an RLO, you will act as the key point of contact between residents and the project team, ensuring excellent communication and minimal disruption during works.

Key Responsibilities





Build strong relationships with residents, providing clear and timely information about planned works. Coordinate appointments and access arrangements for contractors. Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support vulnerable residents and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed. Maintain accurate records of communications and progress. Work closely with site teams to monitor works and ensure high standards of customer care.

About You





Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role or similar customer-facing position within housing or construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, modern living upgrades) is desirable.
