Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and committed individual who has a passion for providing outstanding pastoral care to complete our Pastoral Team.
A Resident Matron will undertake a vital, hands on role within the School's Boarding House. Under the guidance of the Head of Boarding, the Matron's work as part of the House Teams to provide pastoral, social, moral and administrative support for the pupils and maintain the rules and ethos of the House.
Matrons are the constant presence in the Houses during the day and manage the day-to-day running of the House, dealing with issues as they arise.
Term Time only with accommodation onsite.
