We're looking for a friendly, proactive
Resident Services Coordinator
to be the first point of contact for our residents. You'll help create a welcoming community environment, assist with day-to-day needs, and ensure the smooth running of a prestigious residential development. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards across the building.
Greet residents and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome.
Support residents with queries, maintenance issues, and emergencies.
Assist with move-ins and move-outs, parcel handling, and key management.
Promote community engagement and encourage use of communal spaces.
Carry out building checks, report faults, and support health & safety compliance.
Keep records updated and maintain accurate data in our systems.
Work closely with the wider team to deliver a 5-star service.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings.
Strong communication and social skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Ability to follow routines, complete documentation, and manage tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of health & safety and contractor management is desirable.
