The
Resident Security Integration Technical Lead
is a critical on-site leadership role, acting as the
technical authority and subject matter expert
for physical security systems. You'll oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance of security infrastructure and hardware, while
leading a small team of engineers
that supports sites across the EMEA region.

Lead day-to-day on-site technical support and maintenance of physical security system
Provide break/fix support for CCTV, access control, and related security devices.
Configure, program, and maintain systems including Genetec, CoCURE 9000, Lenel and similar platforms
Monitor system performance, connectivity, and operational integrity
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related security issues
Carry out preventative maintenance, system health checks, and quality assurance tasks
Coordinate closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders, providing clear updates and escalations
Support system integrations, commissioning of new devices, and upgrades
Line manage and support team members, ensuring high service standards
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service records, including incident escalations and metrics.

Qualifications
Essential
3-5 years of relevant experience supporting or maintaining physical security systems.
Proficiency with Genetec Security Center (Omnicast/Synergis) and CoCURE 9000 platforms.
Working knowledge of IP networking, including PoE, VLANs, and device addressing.
The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
Demonstrated experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and respond effectively to critical events.
Preferred Certifications
Genetec Security Center Technical Certifications (Omnicast / Synergis)
CoCURE 9000 System Installer or Advanced Integrator Certification
* Networking qualification (e.g., CompTIA Network+, equivalent BTEC)
