Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Service Agent to join our team in overseeing the management of up-market Build to Rent apartments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the property.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all residents and visitors Actively engage with residents, visitors and contractors to provide a seamless experience for residents Co-ordinate daily operations ensuring service quality exceeds resident's expectations Respect and respond to cultural differences and individual resident needs Perform regular floor walks and security checks, reporting and logging issues as needed Triage and log maintenance requests with the relevant contractors Conduct property viewings when required Complete interim apartment inspections Assist with resident events and community-building activities Manage move-ins, including issuing keys and inventories Follow safety and security policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe and secure environment Providing timely updates to residents through site-wide communications Parcel management when required
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in residential or customer service sectors is desirable

Knowledge of social media platforms would be an advantage

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A friendly, proactive and professional approach

Ability to work independently and use initiative

A strong team player supporting colleagues when required, confident in their approach to be able to put forward suggestions and ideas

Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

An understanding of Health and Safety principals, methods and assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,500 per year depending on experience

Additional pay:

10% Annual Bonus (paid quarterly & performance based)

Experience:

Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
