The Residents Service Manager will lead the team to deliver a fantastic end to end customer experience, including managing general enquiries; conducting viewings; processing applications; processing renewals and move outs; responding to all general enquiries mid-tenancy and driving resident engagement and community building through resident events. This role is to act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, enhancing the overall customer experience.

What will you do?
  • Organise and manage monthly resident events to encourage resident engagement
  • Oversee marketing and advertising for the development to have letting\xe2\x80\x99s at the forefront \xe2\x80\x93 working closely with the Assistant General Manager.
  • Understand the current market and competitors
  • Managing a team (resident services assistant, front of house).
  • Deliver a positive and consistent personal experience with all customers and visitors.
  • Conducting viewings with support from team.
  • Taking reservations and overseeing the application process which includes arranging pre-tenancy cleans, inventories and check ins.
  • Ensuring compliance through regular audits and reporting back to General Manager.
  • Supporting the team to manage general enquiries mid-tenancy.
  • Working with facilities team to ensure high standards are kept throughout resident journey.
  • Managing resident arrears in line with company policy.
  • Negotiating and executing tenancy renewals.
  • Overseeing the move in & out experience including processing any deposit returns.
  • Building relationships with local retailers and restaurateurs to agree special offers for our residents.
  • Keep residents portal fresh with up to date content including all services and offerings.
What are we looking for?
  • Previous residential lettings experience.
  • Strong people management experience
  • Strong admin, policy & process experience
  • Passion for standards and \xe2\x80\x9cdoing it right\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Strong customer service experience and dealing with difficult situations in a fast paced environment.
  • Budget management.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems (training on in house systems will be provided).
