Eden House is looking to recruit a Residential Addictions manager to join the team. This is a full time/37.5 hour role.



Eden House, part of Priory, is an affordable, 18-bed residential service in Mill Hill, North London. It is home to Flourish - our pioneering therapy-led addiction programme - offering bespoke treatment for a wide range of addictions in a calm, homely environment. Set within a supportive community, Eden House provides a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life, forming part of our wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.


Delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, Flourish offers an alternative to traditional hospital-based treatment. It's ideal for people who don't need a medical detox or ongoing medical care but would benefit from structured therapy, community connection, and practical tools to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery.

What you'll be doing





You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.Lead Residential Programs: Oversee daily operations of residential addiction treatment programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Supervise Staff: Manage, mentor, and train clinical and support staff to maintain effective team performance. Manage Client Care: Monitor client progress, coordinate individualized treatment plans, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational policies, including health and safety regulations. Engage Community & Stakeholders: Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to support client recovery and program success.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised post-registration qualification and maintain full membership or accreditation with a relevant professional institution, demonstrating ongoing commitment to continuous professional development. They will have a detailed understanding of statutory regulations and be passionate about delivering high-quality care while driving continuous improvement within the service. Strong leadership and decision-making skills are essential, coupled with a forward-thinking, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving. The candidate will possess commercial and business acumen, effectively managing the cost and income performance of the service, while confidently handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High levels of integrity and the ability to maintain professional boundaries are critical, alongside a thorough understanding of person-centred support plans to ensure client-focused care.
