We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and caring individual to join our team.

We are a forward thinking home for elderly residents with dementia, we are looking for individuals who are both friendly and caring but also can provide a professional attitude towards the care of vulnerable people.

As a carer you will be responsible to the senior staff member of shift and be expected to work as part of a team.

Your role will be focused around the needs of the residents, supporting them and assisting them with all their night time needs -

all aspects of personal care some preparation of food and help with feeding residents that require assistance. promoting their individual needs as set out in their care plans encouraging as much independence as possible being a bright, happy and positive presence in the home ensuring the safety and dignity of the residents is paramount
other duties will include -

keeping the home clean and tidy, free from clutter and looking presentable keeping good communication between the team and ensuring that you are working as part of a team adhering to the company's code of conduct. being an active voice in the vison and values of the home restocking of items needed in the bedrooms. attending team meetings and having an active part in them. attending the relevant training as and when offered taking part in our champions scheme and pushing your role to the next level.
