Care Home Administrator

! We are seeking organised and compassionate individuals who can lead and support our team in delivering outstanding administrative services within our care environment. If you have excellent attention to detail, superb communication skills, and a passion for supporting both staff and residents, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:



Professionally welcome visitors and manage inquiries at reception Keep the reception area organised, tidy, and inviting Answer telephone calls and respond promptly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of residents including admissions and discharges Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies Handle correspondence, filing systems, and monitor office supplies Manage petty cash and oversee residents' personal funds Support invoicing, payments, and liaise with funding agencies Assist with recruitment and maintain up-to-date staff documentation Coordinate internal communications, schedules, and meetings Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:



Previous experience in an administration role (care or healthcare setting desirable) Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Confidence using office and financial software Willingness to undergo comprehensive training throughout the year Must have full right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship) Driving ability desirable due to location flexibility
