An opportunity has arisen for an RCO - 28 hrs per week, to work as part of the staff team at Ty Cila, adult service provision -short break service.



We are looking to give the right person an opportunity to work with us.

The service supports up to 12 individuals who come to stay for a short break. We support individuals with care and support needs, and help people to meet their personal outcomes, ensuring what matters to the person is always most important. We work closely with families and carers to ensure we understand each person and that each respite stay is a fun and enjoyable experience.

You will be part of a dynamic team You will be supported to undertake the relevant training, to gain understanding, knowledge and skills to undertake the role. You will receive regular supervision, guidance, support and encouragement in the role. You will work 4 days per week on a rota basis -to be agreed with you, including morning, afternoons nightshifts, weekends and bank holiday shifts. Other benefits include an excellent rate of pay with pay enhancements.
