between 27,842- 29,928 plus 65 per sleep in.Home Type:
3-bed (ages 8 - 17) specialising in children that have experienced childhood trauma, leading to social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.An exciting opportunity has arisen at our children's home in Accrington.
As a residential care worker, you'll be part of shaping and developing our beautiful 3-bed residential home for children aged 8-17, focusing on creating a safe, nurturing and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the children in the home with all aspects of family life and creating a supportive atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and uphold high care standards.
To be part of a skilled and motivated team, collaborating to establish the home's vision and values.
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential childcare (or be willing to undertake it).
Someone that is warm, nurturing, fun, and resilient.
A basic knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
A passion for making a difference in children's lives.
