The Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will:

Work directly with children and young people, providing care, support, and guidance on a shift basis Act as a key worker, coordinating and reviewing care plans to support independence and transition to adulthood Promote safeguarding and respond appropriately to concerns Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the home Act as a positive role model, encouraging responsibility and involvement in decision-making Share household responsibilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

Experience working with children/young people (essential) Enhanced DBS check (essential) Right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship) Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
