31,900 to 32,500 per annum (based on 8 sleep-ins per month)

Contract -

Full Time, Permanent (typical pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off, includes sleep-ins)

About the Role

A well-established children's residential care service in Grantham is seeking compassionate and committed Residential Care Workers to join their team. This is a rewarding role where you'll provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.


Working in a structured and supportive environment, you'll help create a stable home life that empowers each child to achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

o Deliver high-quality care in line with individual care plans


Support young people with their social, emotional, and developmental needs Promote structure, independence, and positive routines Engage in recreational and educational activities Ensure safeguarding practices are followed and documented Champion equality, inclusion, and a positive home culture Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

o Aged 21 or over (in line with residential care regulations)


Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK Strong values, resilience, and a commitment to therapeutic care Willingness to complete residential childcare qualifications
