Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Residential Childcare Workers. Genell supports young people with learning disabilities and or emotional and behavioural difficulties aged 7-17.
Duties:
Adhere to and follow all safeguarding policies and procedures
- Assist young people with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Perform housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning
- Assist with medication administration
- Accompany young people to appointments or outings
- Follow care plans and risk assessments
The successful candidate must be able to work in line with a rota plan which will include sleep ins, there are good opportunities for progression within the role in a growing company.

Qualifications:
Be willing to complete level 3 diploma in residential child care or already hold this or equivalent.
