Part of the role involves some overnight stays in the home. You will need to do between 2 and 3 of these 'sleep-ins' per week, so the salary advertised includes the payment for an average of 8 sleep-ins per month. For each sleep-in you receive an additional 50 per night - if you completed eight sleep-ins per month, that's equivalent to 4800 p.a.
You will need to have good written, verbal and IT communication skills, know how to have fun and understand the importance of play to children.
We will support you to achieve your Level 4 Qualifications. Ideally, you will have a full driving license and be over the age of nineteen.
