Social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
Histories of trauma and adverse childhood experiences
We are committed to creating a warm, stable, and family-like environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported. Our staff are carefully selected and trained in trauma-informed practice and attachment-focused care to ensure the highest quality of support.
What We Are Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals with a wide range of backgrounds. While experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential. More important are the right values, motivation, and commitment to making a difference.
What We Offer:
A comprehensive induction and training programme
Support to achieve a Level 3 qualification in Working with Children and Young People (if not already held)
Ongoing professional development in trauma-informed and attachment-focused care
A supportive team environment and opportunities for career progression
Working Pattern:
15-hour shifts (8am-11pm)
1 day on / 2 days off
Sleep-in duties as required
Flexibility to work across different homes within the service
If successful, you will be assigned a base home but may be required to work across other homes to meet the needs of the children and young people we support. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a child-centred approach.
