Residential Child Care Worker (Set 02 ) Kirkby
12.75 to 13.50 Plus 60.00 sleepover
2 on 4 off rolling rota .Start: 10:00 AM on Day 1 Finish: 10:30 AM on Day 3
(This includes a 30-minute handover period at the end of the shift)
Pay Structure:
16 working hours paid at your standard hourly rate.
Plus 60 for the overnight sleep-in (8 hours)
12.75 Plus 60.00 sleep / bonuses unqualified
13.00 Plus 60.00 sleep / bonuses 1 year plus experience
13.50 Plus 60.00 sleep / bonuses 13.50 qualified
Key responsibilities -:
Delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young individuals, particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviours and emotional difficulties. Collaborate with your team to foster a loving and stable environment that promotes positive outcomes and enriching learning experiences for each young person. Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, ensuring the protection and welfare of every child under your care.
Skills -:
Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff members. Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes. Previous experience in childcare or related fields is highly desirable.
Qualifications -:
Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (preferred)
