Key Responsibilities

Provide consistent, therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential setting Use the

PACE model

(Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) to promote emotional wellbeing Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each child's individual needs Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stable, nurturing, and structured home environment Support children in developing coping skills, resilience, and emotional regulation Contribute to care planning and daily routines in line with each child's therapeutic needs
Requirements

Experience working in residential childcare (minimum 1 year preferred) Understanding of therapeutic or trauma-informed approaches (PACE experience desirable) Passion for improving the lives of children and young people Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Full UK Driving Licence
