Act as safeguarding lead in the Manager's absence, ensuring the safety of both children and staff.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Assist in preparing for inspections, maintaining care standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Professional Development:
Engage fully with a tailored career progression plan designed to prepare you for the Registered Manager role.

We are committed to helping you progress quickly and confidently into a Registered Manager role through:
Initial Training:
Intensive induction covering compliance, HR, safeguarding, budgeting, and all aspects of home management.
