Whether you're covering staff absences, stepping in during busy periods, or helping with planned activities, your contribution will be essential in creating a nurturing, healing environment for young people aged 10-18 who've experienced trauma or disrupted care.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build meaningful, trusting relationships with young people Provide consistent, trauma-informed care tailored to each child's needs Support therapeutic and outdoor-based activities that encourage growth and healing Maintain routines and provide compassionate behavioural support Keep accurate records in line with regulatory standards Work collaboratively with the permanent team to ensure seamless, high-quality care

What You'll Bring

Experience in residential childcare or a similar care setting A calm, grounded approach to emotional and behavioural challenges Understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic practice A full UK driving licence Availability for long day and sleep-in shifts (10:00am-11:00pm, sleep-in, 7:00am-10:30am)
