We are looking for
fun, playful, resilient and emotionally intelligent Residential Support Workers
who can balance warmth with clear boundaries.
You will:
Provide day-to-day care and emotional support
Engage young people in fun, educational and recreational activities
Support school runs, family contact and extra-curricular activities
Carry out everyday parental responsibilities such as cooking and cleaning
Maintain accurate daily records and complete health & safety checks
Work collaboratively with social workers and professionals
Work 24-hour shift patterns including sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays
