Pay Rate
12.50 per hour*
12.75 per hour (qualified)*
50.00 per Sleep-In*
About the Home
Our home is registered for three young people and caters for those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You'll be part of a dedicated, child-centred and values-led team. Collaboration is key -- you will work closely with social workers, teachers, healthcare professionals and others to ensure our young people are safe, happy, and achieving their potential.

All new staff are automatically enrolled onto the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare after 6 months of employment.

Hours
This is a permanent, employed position averaging 155-165 hours per month on a rota basis.
Sleep-ins are required and paid at 50 per night.

Essential & Preferred Skills
12 months' experience in a relevant setting or working with young people (preferred)*
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred)*
Understanding of behavioural/emotional difficulties & challenging behaviour*
Resilience and passion, even during challenging times*
Flexible approach to working*
Full, clean UK driving licence (preferred)*
Passion for working with children*
Strong team player*
Excellent communication skills*
Hardworking and committed*
