We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated bank support worker, to work within a children's home with an established team, and an experienced Manager, you will be offered support and training, to give you the confidence needed to enhance your role.
Duties
Build trusting relationships with children.
Supporting recreational and educational activities.
Creating a safe and nurturing environments
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals .
Maintain accurate records.
Support children in childcare duties when required, ensuring a nurturing environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence
Experience working with children is beneficial for roles involving childcare responsibilities.
Familiarity with developing care plans is desirable but not mandatory; guidance will be offered.

Pay: 12.75-13.75 per hour
