To deliver all aspects of the Residential Childcare apprenticeship programmes and standalone diplomas up to level 5 in line with organisational and contracted KPI's. To secure new and repeat business with both SME's and large organisations for both commercial and funded provision. This is achieved through a process of robust curriculum / delivery planning and execution which meets the projected outcomes of the procuring organisation. To plan and timetable provision delivery in line with curriculum to ensure timely completions and positive outcomes. To utilise management information to positively impact on learner progression through their programme and maintain high levels of professional communication with employers and learners to mitigate and overcome potential challenges and barriers to learning.

RELATIONSHIPS
Directly reporting to: Operations Director
Responsible for: Apprenticeship and diploma delivery (funded and commercial) for learners, employers utilising further support where relevant from key stakeholders e.g. Safeguarding Lead, Functional Skills Tutor, Quality Lead etc.
FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Work with operations, quality, delivery and marketing functions within Basegreen Academy to achieve targets. Work with external decision makers to understand requirements and deliver appropriate training solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to apprentices and diploma learners, covering a range of topics related to Residential Childcare up to level 5.
Support apprentices in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to excel in their roles.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to apprentices, identifying and addressing any areas for improvement.
Develop and update training materials and resources in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to assess apprentices' progress and tailor training plans to meet their individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievements, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards.
Stay updated on developments in the care sector and incorporate relevant changes into training delivery.
Attend internal / external meetings and contribute to the updating of relevant qualitative and quantitative datasets and documents.
When required, carry out Health & Safety risk assessments to ensure working environment is fit for purpose and risks are minimised.
Ensure all compliance and due diligence is completed in line with appropriate agency and organisational guidelines.
Self-motivated, organised and possess the ability to manage own workload.
Operate with courtesy and integrity and never knowingly misrepresent the company or its products or act in a manner that may bring the company, its directors or employees into disrepute.
Maintain and update product knowledge and relevant initiatives the company has committed to promote and sell.
Any other duties commensurate with the post.
Qualifications
Proven experience in tutoring and teaching, particularly in a residential childcare setting
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families
Background in special education to support diverse learning needs
Experience working with children in various capacities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking progress and managing educational plans
