Residential Childcare Workers (full-time/part-time)

27,386 - 34,311 dependent on experience and qualifications (this includes an allowance for sleep ins based on 46 per annum)

We are looking for resilient, compassionate, consistent and professional staff to join our team in the delivery of high-quality care to young people within our Residential School.

Hillside School provides a high standard of residential care and education to young people with a range of additional support needs such as: childhood trauma, gaps in school attendance, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties; and social emotional and mental health needs.

Interested candidates should have experience of working with young people in a community, residential or educational setting. Ideally, you should hold an HNC Social Services and SVQ3 Social Services (Children and Young People) or equivalent. If not qualified, you must be willing to work toward this with employer support.

We have full time and part time roles available working dayshift/backshift/nightshift hours.
