Children's Residential Workers
to join our team in Pilsley, Chesterfield. If you're ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do
Provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing home for children with disabilities. Support children's emotional, physical, and social development. Work as part of a committed team to deliver high-quality care and promote independence. Help create positive outcomes for the young people in our care.
What We're Looking For
Kind, reliable, and resilient
individuals with a genuine passion for working with children.Experience is welcome but not essential
; we provide full training and development opportunities. The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. A relevant qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most.Positions and Pay
We have both full-time and part-time positions available. All salaries include a sleep-in allowance.
