Residential Childcare Worker - Lanark

We are currently looking for a residential care worker to our residential school team, helping promote as much independence as possible for our young residents. You will be in a position of trust with our clients, as you will be assisting them within their daily routines, including tasks such as personal care, getting them to where they need to be and supporting them emotionally when they need it most.

Aside from your daily care duties, we also want our residents to enjoy themselves! We organise a number of day trips out with the school to help keep the kids active, as well as inhouse fun & games, including our infamous group movie nights.

We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to shifts, as we appreciate our staff also have their own personal commitments.
