We are recruiting

Residential Support Workers

to join a

brand-new solo EBD children's home

supporting

one young person on a 2:1 staffing ratio

.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new home from the very beginning, where relationships, care and consistency come first.

Salary:

13 per hour | 60 per sleep

Hours:

165-173 hours per month (including 2 monthly team meetings)

Shift Pattern

We are very flexible and open to:

Single shifts Double or triple shifts Long day sleeps (10 per month)

Long Day Sleep:

10am - 11pm | Sleep | 7am - 10.30am (handover)

Support one child with emotional and behavioural difficulties Create a safe, nurturing,

home-from-home environment

Build positive relationships and provide consistent care Promote routines, boundaries, education and emotional development Work as part of a small, dedicated team

What We're Looking For

Experience in residential childcare is essential

Qualification is

desirable but not essential

Caring, passionate, and reliable with strong personal values Someone with personality who genuinely wants to make a difference Able to work flexibly and professionally

The Registered Manager and Deputy provide

regular 1:1 development sessions

, with a strong focus on growth, confidence and leadership.

not an institutional home
