What You'll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day care and emotional support for the children in our care Following and implementing personalised care plans Encouraging social development through play, activities, and shared experiences Helping children feel safe, heard, and valued -- every single day Recording and monitoring each child's journey and progress Working closely with your team, families, and professionals to deliver the best care possible

What We're Looking For:

Some experience in residential childcare, social care, or working with young people A good understanding of safeguarding and child development Kind, patient and resilient people who truly care Great teamwork and communication skills

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare

-or the willingness to work towards it A

full UK driving licence

- this is essential for the role
