30,966 - 32,058 per year (including sleep-in pay)

Permanent | Rota-based (3 days per week, 42 hours, including sleep-in shifts)

Role: Support Worker (Support Adult)

This role goes beyond basic care. As a

Support Worker / Support Adult

, you'll:

Provide day-to-day support in line with our ethos of

love, safety, and therapeutic care

. Act as a positive role model, encouraging independence, resilience, and personal growth. Build strong, trusting relationships and provide one-to-one emotional support. Safeguard and protect children, ensuring safety in both the home and community. Implement personalised care plans tailored to each child's needs, wishes, and feelings. Support household routines, creating a clean, welcoming environment. Work as part of a

team of child support workers and residential childcare professionals

, alongside external agencies.

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

We're looking for

Support Workers

who are:

Emotionally resilient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference. Skilled in communication and teamwork. Able to build strong, positive relationships with children and young people. Confident with basic IT skills. Holders of a

full UK driving licence

. Willing to complete further training (including the

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

if not already held).

Desirable:

Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Caring for Children & Young People. Previous experience in a residential childcare or support worker setting.
