The Role

We are currently seeking a

confident, reliable, and resilient individual

to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker. You'll be working hands-on with young people, supporting their emotional, social, and physical development.

Key responsibilities include

:


Building trust and positive relationships with children and young people Providing structure and guidance in day-to-day routines Acting as a mentor and strong role model Managing challenging behaviour in a calm, professional manner Supporting children during activities, education, and life skills development Working closely with colleagues and external agencies Maintaining clear and accurate records

Experience working with young people or in a care setting or the desire to start a career in this sector Great teamwork and communication skills A patient, compassionate, and practical approach A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
