Residential Childcare Worker

, you'll provide the emotional and practical support young people need to feel safe and thrive, often for the first time in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide consistent, caring, day-to-day support in a warm residential setting


Help young people with daily routines, education, and emotional well-being


Build trust-based relationships to support each child's personal development


Develop and implement personalised care plans


Work closely with other team members, social workers, and professionals


Ensure the safety, rights, and dignity of every child in your care


Maintain accurate, professional records
