Residential Childcare Worker

What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children living in our homes Help children build routines, feel safe, and develop life skills Deliver and follow individual care plans tailored to each child's needs Support children with activities, schoolwork, outings, and personal development Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals Keep accurate records of progress, incidents, and daily observations Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development

What We're Looking For:

A

genuine passion

for helping vulnerable children Compassion, patience, and resilience Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in residential care is beneficial but not essential Qualifications in Health, Social Care, or related fields are a plus and the willingless to complete a qualification is essential Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check Tenacity - not every day will be easy
