Roles Available: Part-Time & Full-Time

Pay: 12.50 per hour + 58 per sleep-in

Lily Residential Services is looking for passionate, caring and committed Residential Childcare Workers to join our supportive teams in our children's homes in Bournemouth, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Available Roles

Part-Time Role

? 1 long day per week

? 1 sleep-in per week

Full-Time Role

? 2 long days per week

? 2 sleep-ins per week

Both roles offer consistent rotas, excellent support and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with young people.

Pay & Benefits

About You

We're looking for people who:

? Have a full UK driving licence (essential)

? Have experience in care or working with children (essential)

? Are compassionate, resilient and emotionally aware

? Can work long days and sleep-ins

? Want to positively impact the lives of vulnerable young people

The Role

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality day-to-day care and emotional support

Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people

Support routines, education, activities and life skills

Work as part of a team to create a safe, structured and nurturing home
