Qualifications Required:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare OR Level 3/4 Equivalent And / OR at least 25% completed (Level 3 in Health and Social Care will not be considered)

Experience in Years Required:

1 year in a Ofsted Children's Registered Home (preferred)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance required

Desirable Attributes:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards) Knowledge of relevant legislation for Children's Homes Experience with Ofsted inspections Understanding of attachment and trauma in young people
