Job Requirements:
A Full Manual UK Driver's License
A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people
Experience working with Young People within a residential environment is desirable but not essential.
Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable but not essential.
